I consistently seek to contribute to the success of others and the greater good by helping individuals and organizations make sense of their strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results to challenge today’s status quo and design the tomorrow they want.

As a result, leaders hire me to increase employee retention AND company profits because most are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars on resignations, recruitment, and training, so I help them capitalize onboarding, productivity, and profits through powerful engagement and alternative solutions for team success.

I have spent that last 20+ years studying and practicing leadership, team building and empowerment, and culture diagnosis and creation. I earned my Doctorate of Management in Organizational Development and Change emphasizing leadership techniques for successful and sustainable organizations. I teach appreciative intelligence, inquiry, and implementation through my Reframe, Rewrite, Redesign™ model.
