Sarah is a Holistic Health and Healing Coach, Keynote Speaker, the Author of HEAL YOURSELF, a Multi-Award winning Entrepreneur and previously, she was a Registered Nurse for twenty years. 

She has extensive experience in health and wellness gained from naturally self-healing a multitude of health issues and her work as a Registered Nurse. 

Sarah supports clients to find and heal the root cause of their health problems, thereby improving their health and ultimately their lives.  

Sarah also runs the Heal Yourself with Sarah Dawkins Podcast sharing some of the healers from her book HEAL YOURSELF, along with other healers sharing their own healing journeys, to help the listeners to understand that healing is possible.
