Michelle Gray has been in the Fitness Industry for over 36 years with numerous certifications through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine including Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health and Wellness Coach, and Nutrition Coach. She has been a Group Fitness Supervisor and Assistant Fitness Manager in two gyms. She teaches fitness classes including online zoom classes weekly. Michelle has also been a certified Psychic/Medium, certified Life Coach, and Reiki Master. She has been giving readings, energy healing sessions, and motivational sessions for 13 years. Utilizing energy and the Power of Movement is beneficial for the mind, body, and spirit.
The Power of Movement is about the importance of using our bodies in a way that makes us feel good and energized. God made us all different shapes and sizes and He made us mobile. We are intended to move and dance and feel good. One step is better than no steps. Plus, the more we practice, the better we get at it.
