Joy Francis received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance without ever being able to read a page out of a book. She learned years later that she had been born legally blind. 

But nothing ever stopped her. Growing up her mother told her she could do anything if she set her mind to it. So, she did anything and everything. From driving a car to becoming chief financial officer of a publicly traded company at the age of 29.

As a result, of Joy's abusive upbringing, Joy has committed the remainder of her life to supporting women who are finding themselves thrown into the family business without the experience or training to feel comfortable.

Joy works with these women to learn what they want and what they need to do to make their dreams into reality.

Joy also combines her financial expertise and massive cash management skills to assist these women to develop a consistent cash flow and maximize the profits of their businesses.
