Gaia is leading her clients beyond their negative beliefs to the root of their blocks and limitations so that they can release old hurtful events that are still blocking their path. Because she knows that "Our patterns will repeat until we uncover and replace them".

Gaia is all into life-long learning, through which she obtained a huge toolbox of modalities to put at the service of her clients. From using and teaching healing methods like homeopathy and plant-based nutrition therapy she became more and more interested in neuroplasticity and neurocreative empowerment work. Rewiring the brain to heal and grow has become the center of her work. 

We are individuals and at the same time, we are intrinsically tied to our food, nature, each other, the earth, and the Universe. Throughout her nearly 25 years of healing and empowering hundreds of clients, Gaia has always been focussing on holistic solutions for a healthy, thriving, and balanced life.  

Gaia loves teaching, she has conducted countless classes about homeopathy, nutrition, stress management, and self-realization which have always been top-rated. She has been living in Germany, Venezuela, Spain, and France and speaks those languages fluently. In 2021 she moved to the Orange Blossom Coast in Spain. 

When she is not working, she enjoys reading and going to the beach with her dogs. Gaia also loves to create her own art through neurographica, a powerful (self-)coaching tool combining self-development with fun.
