Bernice Gordon is the founder of Coaching with Bernice and the Heartfelt Women’s Hub. After a successful 25+ year career in Human Resources, Bernice followed her passion for empowering women by helping them achieve career breakthroughs. Through her coaching, she supports women in gaining more time, financial freedom, and influence, enabling them to design fulfilling and impactful lives.

Bernice is also a speaker who shares her personal story to inspire others, bridging the messy moments of life so they too can build their own masterpiece.

Based in Greater Vancouver, Canada, Bernice combines her professional expertise with her love for connection and mentorship. Alongside her husband, she also dedicates her time to coaching high-performance youth soccer teams, fostering growth and resilience both on and off the field.
