Transform Workplace Challenges into Sustainable Profit

The Resilient Business Summit is for women entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to transform workplace challenges into opportunities for growth and sustainable profits while building high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams.

We're looking for dynamic experts who can help business leaders navigate personal and professional challenges, boost team productivity, improve retention, and create sustainable growth through transformational leadership.

Do you...

  • Help business leaders build resilient teams?
  • Teach strategies for maintaining productivity through disruption?
  • Have expertise in emotional intelligence and leadership?
  • Guide organizations through major transitions?
  • Offer innovative approaches to workplace wellness and performance?
  • Help transform workplace culture and team dynamics?

If you match any of the above, we'd love for you to apply to speak at the summit.

About the Event

The Resilient Business Summit is a public event that's completely free to attend. Because we're not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are therefore looking for partners to share their content and promote the event to their audiences.

  • Date: May 13th to 15th, 2025
  • Format: Prerecorded presentations or interviews focused on topics that will benefit our audience of business leaders
  • Session Length: 30-45 minutes
  • Audience: Women entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to transform workplace challenges into opportunities for growth

This is a fantastic opportunity to speak to a highly interested, highly targeted niche of your ideal target audience.

Partner Guidelines

Content Relevance: Please ensure your content is relevant to the audience and the theme of the event. If you have content that is not relevant to business leaders and workplace resilience, please modify it to be directly relevant.

Presentation Structure: Your presentation should include only a short introduction to yourself, with the main part focusing on teaching the audience key concepts, methodologies, strategies, or tactics.

Interviews: Please book time with your host, Debi Lynn, and submit an overview of your topic and potential questions Debi can ask during the interview.

Promotion Requirements: To help reach as many people as possible, you are required to promote the event to your email and social media followers. We'll provide you with graphics, copy, and a personalized link. Ideal promotional times are:

  • 2 weeks before the event starts
  • 5 days before the event starts
  • The day before the event starts

Promotional Guidelines: You cannot promote any paid offers or affiliate links to other products or services. Any links you provide to the audience must be approved before the summit. You can talk about what you do and offer a gift to the audience so they are added to your list, and then promote to those in the audience who are interested in more information.

Speaking Fee Policy: It is free to speak if you follow the speaker rules and you get at least 25 registrants for the summit using your promoter link. If you do not follow the rules or do not get sufficient registrants through your link, there will be a speaking fee of up to $47, depending on the number of registrants.
