Andrea Pomeroy is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist, certified health and nutrition coach, co-founder of AN Holistic Health & the Double Dose of Wellness Podcast, and author of Memories of Me. With a warm, grounded, and practical approach, Andrea supports women navigating midlife, caregiving, leadership, and entrepreneurship while feeling stuck in their health and habits.
