Why are individual experiences with herbal routines “hit or miss”?

What makes an herbal product effective?

How do you know where to start when there’s so many options?

Most products and routines chase symptoms. When experiencing several obstacles like anxiety, fatigue, gut issues, poor sleep, brain fog, hormone imbalance or pain, it can feel like separate problems, so it makes sense that people look for separate solutions. But in reality, many of these issues are downstream expressions a dysregulated nervous system - inflammation feedback loop.

When the nervous system is stuck in a stress-dominant state, it constantly sends distress signals throughout the mind-body. Sympathetic dominance sends strong signals that keeps inflammation elevated, and ongoing inflammation sends more distress signals back to the nervous system. Over time, this feedback loop distorts communication and overwhelmes the mind-body.

When you focus on balancing the nervous system - inflammatory feeeback loop, you improve the signal quality everywhere else. Instead of chasing one symptom at a time, the mind-body regains its ability to regulate, recover, and adapt. This is the lowest hanging fruit with the widest impact. This foundation drives legitimate widespread results while improving the outcomes of all other efforts. 

This all sounds great, but what herbs actually help regulate nervous system and inflammation response?

While the concept is not complicated, there are important considerations when building a routine that works best for your daily obstacles and goals.
