Living through the joy, struggle and challenges of building and selling my business with 40+ employees, made me realize: When we, as business owners, are not thriving personally, the company ain't either.

As a coach, I have been supporting and advising entrepreneurs facing difficult decisions with clear tools, a refreshing straightforwardness for many years.
