Bio

Virginia is the founder & CEO of Leadership Medic, LLC, a leadership coach and speaker-teacher helping organizational and agency managers, plus church ministry leaders, navigate and master their unique roles as leaders. She supports managers managing a team, or groups of teams, in large organizations and agencies. Before she started her own business, she worked in a large agency for many years managing the agency's training department responsible for training all employees. She also worked as a supervisor supervising anywhere between 12 to 30 people. What she found missing in those positions were the "mindset" and skills training necessary to train people on "how" to manage a team. She is now on a mission to change that, and it's the reason she created Leadership Medic...for the purpose of coaching and training managers on the secrets of successful team management. She also conducts online leadership and empowerment speaking events. Virginia was born in New York, where she currently lives & works. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from New York Institute of Technology, and is a member of Toastmasters International. In her spare time she voluntarily provides presentations for students in the Long Island NY high schools and middle schools for the Boy Scouts of America's Learning for Life Program.
