Tansy Boggon is an author, university-qualified nutritionist, mindfulness blogger and recipe developer guiding people to break free from food rules and diet mentality to experience the joy of eating without guilt or shame. She has authored non-fiction, fiction and children's books that explore our relationship with food. Her first book, Joyful Eating: How to Break Free of Diets and Make Peace with Your Body, explores why diets don't work and how we can nourish our bodies in a more relaxed and joyful way. Tansy has worked in various roles in health and nutrition in Australia, Singapore and now Christchurch, New Zealand, where she lives.
