Her own path started in corporate, training, development, organizational change, until a downsizing became the push she didn't know she needed. Rather than search for another title, she built something of her own. That decision became Paula Washington Enterprises, now in its 27th year.
Since then, she has advised senior leaders, business owners, and accomplished women across the United States and internationally, helping them recognize that everything they've already lived through including the setbacks is the asset, not the obstacle. Her work centers on a simple belief: the gap between where you are and where you're going isn't the problem. It's where the gold is.
Paula is the author of five books, including The Encore Playbook and The Encore Reset Journal, a strategist, and a speaker. She holds an MBA and MS, and is a native New Yorker now residing in Georgia.
