Michelle Pitot is a metabolic health educator, coach, and licensed therapist with more than three decades of experience working at the intersection of physical health, mental well-being, and behavior change. She brings a whole-body, evidence-informed perspective to conversations about energy, mood, focus, and resilience, particularly for adults navigating stress, aging, and chronic health challenges.
Michelle speaks to professional, wellness, and community audiences on topics including metabolic wellness, the connection between blood sugar regulation and mental clarity, fatigue and burnout, and why many common symptoms are often misunderstood or dismissed as “normal aging.” She is particularly interested in speaking opportunities that help audiences rethink health through a compassionate, practical, evidence-informed lens that integrates physiology with emotional and mental well-being, grounded in lived experience.
Michelle holds a Doctorate in Education and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Professional Coach.
