
Lisa Ducharme is an Executive Results Coach, Executive Director, Massachusetts Veterans Chamber of Commerce, author, and passionate advocate for veterans, women, and entrepreneurship. With a rich background in leadership, coaching, and public service, Lisa has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings a unique perspective to coaching, combining strategic planning with a deep understanding of personal and professional growth.
Lisa’s diverse expertise spans from entrepreneurship and team building to veteran resources and AI-assisted writing productivity. She is the founder of the Massachusetts Veterans Chamber of Commerce where she supports veteran, military, and spouse businesses and fosters community connections. As an Adjunct Professor, Coach, and Speaker, Lisa’s mission is to inspire and support individuals in creating meaningful impact through unity, resilience, and leadership.
Her work includes co-authoring several books, including We Are Stronger Together: Strength in Diversity", Reflection On The Essence of Women", and hosting the Veterans Ventures podcast. Throughout her career, Lisa has received numerous honors, including being listed in Marquis Who’s Who 2025.
