Combining her background in education as well as daily self care rituals with practical advice and a deep knowledge of personal development principles, Lisa is not your typical virtual guide; her energy and knowledge will beam through the screen.

She has a deep desire to serve others and an unwavering belief in the beauty of self care and self love.

Lisa has a bachelors in education from Boston University, a masters in leadership from University of Massachusetts and is continuing her life-long learning in many different areas – yoga, reiki, mindfulness and life coaching.

She resides in Massachusetts with her beau, her daughter, her dog and her bees.
