Fourteen-year-old Liko Arreola of Maui found a love of archery at the age of 6, after watching the Disney movie Brave.  Since then, she has taken the field as a competitive archer, breaking national records and shooting for a spot in the Junior Olympics team for archery.

Liko learned the sport from her father, and is supported in her sponsorships, travels and maintaining her schooling by her mother, brother, and many aunties and uncles. She practices daily, and has found focus, friendship and belonging in the sport.
