Laura E. Gómez is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional counselor. She sees clients online in her private practice, Inner Wisdom Guidance Counseling. Laura was born in Puerto Rico. This is where she felt an innate deep connection to nature and learned to trust its guidance, as well as listen to her own.

Laura always felt passionate about helping others in their life journey. Her empath nature and ability to connect with other people’s emotions helped her become an intuitive healer. She decided to pursue a career in mental health counseling as she felt her gifts could be best used in this field.

As a therapist, Laura guides others to listen to and trust their inner wisdom, as well as follow its guidance. She uses a holistic approach, addressing mind, body and spirit, understanding the need for balance for overall well-being. She is a certified Past Life Regression Therapist and Integral Breath Therapist. Laura recently completed her training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy in Colorado.
