

Kari Ginsburg, CCMP, PCC (she/her) has spent over 35 years on stages large and small. She’s a fearless public speaker and an adaptable, multi-partial speaker and facilitator who understands people.
As a trauma-informed Professional Certified Executive & Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Kari was honored as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Washington, DC in 2024 and a Top Coach in America in 2025. In this capacity, she has supported over 300 political appointees, leaders across levels and sectors, small business owners, stay-at-home parents, creatives and artists, and others through one-on-one and small group coaching and custom presentations and workshops since 2020. She's also one of the first 500 peope in the world to have achieved the Certified Change Management Practitioner accredidation. And now, she's a bestselling author.
Her own career includes: teaching theater and English at a small private school, event planning, 13 years of federal services beginning as an Administrative Officer at the National Institutes of Health and culminating as Director of Workforce Management at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and being recruited away from government to work as an internal and external Lead People Strategy Specialist for Booz Allen Hamilton. Her volunteerism extends to arts and animal welfare organizations.
Tried and trained in a wide range of facilitation models and techniques, Kari brings an inclusive, ethical, and accountable approach to her engagements. She adapts to participants’ styles and is willing to spend time where they will find the most value and impact, regardless of agenda constraints.
