Judy has spent most of her career in marketing and customer research. Early in her career Judy worked in advertising and consumer product marketing focusing on what motivates customers to buy branded products.

After realizing most consumer brands were not making the world a better place, Judy shifted her focus to coaching small business clients. She founded her current business, Marketing Root Work because she noticed how heart-centered business owners, people who genuinely wanted to make a positive difference, struggled with conventional marketing. They were spending excessive time and money on tools that weren't helping them make meaningful connections with right-fit clients.

Judy's strategy is to talk directly with her client's best customers and use the words and language of their customers to create effective, compelling marketing messaging.
