Jennie Hays spent 20 years in traditional medicine as a paramedic in positions from emergency response to research, but none of it prepared her for her diagnosis. Little did she know that everything she had been taught and was teaching her patients was wrong. Once diagnosed she jumped in with both feet and learned everything she could about Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, and Insulin Resistance. She used her unique combination of Cutting Edge Science and Christian Faith to reverse her own diagnosis and now teaches others how to heal their bodies and prevent disease.  She empowers them to drop the weight, heal their bodies, refresh their spirits, and restore their energy! 

Jennie holds certifications in Health Coaching, Weight Loss Coaching, Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, and Hypnosis as well as her Associate in Emergency Medical Services Technology.
