Jenna is the founder of Chaconia Candles, a Caribbean-inspired candle and home-fragrance brand rooted in memory, culture, and well-being. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, she draws on the sights, scents, and traditions of the islands that shaped her. With 20+ years in communications and DEI, Jenna understands the power of storytelling and representation. She launched Chaconia Candles in the U.S. to create sensory experiences that support calm, comfort, and mental wellness, while celebrating the richness of Caribbean life. Each fragrance is crafted to evoke a place, tradition, or cherished memory, inviting customers to slow down and reconnect.

Jenna is also the founder of JPB Communications Consulting, designing communications strategies and leading content development. She has coached public speaking for over a decade, helping leaders and teams communicate with clarity and confidence. Her work centers on three pillars: public speaking coaching, corporate communications strategy, and DEI and culture communications.
