Description

Share Your Expertise. Shape What's Next.

We're looking for speakers whose experience has been earned through real work, real challenges, and real results.

If you've built a career, learned lessons that can't be found in a textbook, and have practical insights that help others turn their expertise into a meaningful next chapter, we'd love to hear from you.

This summit is designed for people who know they have more to offer than a job title. Our audience is looking for honest conversations, actionable strategies, and the confidence to build a life around the knowledge they've spent years developing.

As a speaker, you'll have the opportunity to inspire, teach, and equip attendees with practical next steps they can put into action immediately.

If your message helps people recognize their value, clarify their direction, and move forward with purpose, we invite you to apply.

Who Our Audience Is

Our audience is made up of accomplished women in the second half of their careers. They've played by the rules, earned the credentials, and delivered results for decades. Now they're feeling that quiet ache that whispers, "Is this all there is?"

These are capable, intelligent women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who look successful on paper but feel unsettled underneath it. They're the ones everyone relies on, and yet in the quiet moments they feel overlooked and vaguely invisible. They're proud of their experience but frustrated that they can't quite translate it into something modern, visible, and truly theirs.

What they want is clear direction, renewed confidence, and a way to turn decades of hard-won wisdom into something tangible: a business, a book, an offer, a consulting platform, or an authority presence that carries their name and their voice. They're ready to stop being the best-kept secret in their field and finally build a table of their own.

Are You a Fit for This Summit?

We're seeking speakers who can meet these women where they are and help them take a real step forward. Topics that resonate with our audience include:

  • Finding clarity on what a meaningful next chapter looks like
  • Turning decades of experience and stories into a marketable business, offer, or body of work
  • Writing, structuring, or finishing a book that reflects their expertise
  • Building a modern visibility engine: LinkedIn, website, and focused content
  • Personal branding and thought leadership for experienced professionals
  • Reclaiming confidence and stepping into a self-directed identity
  • Creating financial security and freedom on their own terms
  • Positioning age and experience as an advantage rather than a limitation

If you have a proven track record of helping women reinvent, reposition, and rise, and you can deliver an engaging, insight-rich presentation, we'd love for you to apply.

About the Event

  • Your Story. Your Strategy. Your Next Chapter is a public summit that's completely free to attend. Because we're not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are looking for partners who'll share their content and promote the event to their audiences.
  • VIP Ticket Upgrades: The speaker sessions are free to attend. A VIP upgrade will be available for $27/$37/$47, which entitles ticket holders to receive access to event recordings and VIP gifts from the speakers.
  • Dates: The summit runs live from Tuesday, September 22nd to Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026.
  • Times: Day one runs from 11:00 AM ET / 10:00 AM CT / 8:00 AM PT, and each day continues through to 5:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM CT / 2:00 PM PT.
  • Format: This is a live summit. Sessions run live at their scheduled times during the event, delivered over Zoom. You can present live with, but typically this will be a live interview about your story.
  • Audience: Accomplished women in the second half of their careers who are ready to turn their experience into something visible, credible, and entirely their own.
  • Session Length: Each session is 45 minutes, including time for introductions, your talk, and audience Q&A.
  • Opportunity: Connect with a highly targeted, deeply motivated audience of experienced professionals who are actively seeking solutions and ready to invest in their next chapter.

Partner Guidelines

  • Relevance: Make sure your presentation aligns with the theme of the summit and speaks directly to women navigating reinvention, visibility, and their next chapter.
  • Content: Focus on delivering genuinely valuable content with minimal self-promotion. Introduce yourself briefly, then dive into teaching key concepts, strategies, or tactics your audience can act on.
  • Promotion: We ask that you promote the event to your email and social media followers. We'll provide you with promotional graphics, copy, and a personalized link. There's no penalty if you're unable to promote, though shared promotion is what makes the summit thrive for everyone. Ideal times to promote are:
    • 1-2 weeks before the event
    • 1-2 days before the event
    • The day before your talk
  • Restrictions: No promotion of paid offers or affiliate links during your presentation. Any links provided to the audience must be pre-approved. You may offer a free gift to the audience to grow your list.

Why We Value Promotion

Since we're not charging the audience to attend, there isn't a budget to promote the event using ads. The event is at its best when speakers also share it with their networks. When we all promote, overall attendance and engagement rise, and that benefits everyone in the room.

As a speaker, you have a wonderful opportunity to reach your ideal audience for free. Promotion isn't required, but the more you share, the more people you'll reach with your message.

The Trust Factor -Building High-Performing Teams Through Credibility and Connection
Aka Ali-Kerr Leader| Author| Speaker |Trainer| Coach

Reimagined and Rising: Amplifying Your Voice and Vision With AI
Jen Collins AI Strategist, Founder

Jen Collins, a brand strategist turned nonprofit founder, shares how she's reimagined her career at least 6 times: from brand design for agencies and magazines, to photography art direction for F500 retail giants, to leading a bi-coastal artist management agency, to tech marketing for Fortune 100 network transformation, to business marketing strategy for C-suite leaders, to founding Everyreve, a nonprofit helping women and underrepresented entrepreneurs build AI fluency, through creative innovation.

Jen will unpack what reimagining requires:

• Identifying which hard-won skills matter

•Translating them for a new market

• Building visibility around your offerings

She'll also address and reframe the moment many accomplished women avoid facing: that AI might make their experience obsolete. The tools available can amplify your voice and vision, not replace you. Attendees will leave with a framework for reimagining their expertise and stepping into their next chapter on their own terms.

Brag Better: How to Make Your Experience Visible and Impossible to Ignore
Jen Nash Business, Sales & Pivot Coach

Your work won’t always speak for itself. Too many accomplished women assume that if they work hard, deliver results, and build deep expertise, the right people will eventually notice. But in the next chapter of your career, being excellent isn’t enough—you also need to be visible.

In this practical, energizing session, executive coach and connection strategist Jen Nash will explore how to talk about what you’ve accomplished without feeling like you’re bragging, advocate for what you want, and make it easier for opportunities to find you. You’ll learn simple ways to share your expertise, tell stronger stories about your value, make bolder asks, and use relationships more intentionally.

This isn’t about becoming louder or turning yourself into a personal brand. It’s about making sure the experience, wisdom, and talent you’ve spent decades building are actually seen—and learning to put yourself forward before you feel completely ready.

Rewriting the Script: 5 Lessons from My Non-Linear Path from Career to Calling
Jenna Pantin Bermudez Founder and CEO

For years, Jenna was defined by her job title, moving through a communications and DEI career that looked successful on paper but didn't tell her whole story. In this talk, she shares how she stopped waiting for permission and started writing her own next chapter, one that led her to found two ventures of her own: JPB Communications Consulting, where she helps leaders and teams communicate with clarity and confidence, and Chaconia Candles, a Caribbean-inspired fragrance brand rooted in memory, culture, and well-being. Jenna reflects on how a non-linear path isn't a detour; it's the story. Attendees will leave with 5 practical lessons for turning their own detours, experience, identity, and passions into a career that finally feels like their calling.

Your Experience Is the Strategy: Turning What You Know Into Work That Is Uniquely Yours
Jozanne Elizabeth Joseph The Midlife Mystic

Accomplished women are praised for being dependable, capable, and willing to carry more. But after years of meeting everyone else’s needs, many reach midlife unsure of what they want, what belongs to them, or how to create a next chapter of their own.

In this session, Jozanne Elizabeth Joseph shares how over-responsibility shaped her 25+ year career as a CPA and audit executive and followed her into reinvention. Becoming The Midlife Mystic was not just a change of career; it required releasing the belief that her value came from being needed.

Through guided reflection and practices from her PRISM™ framework, participants will identify where over-responsibility is limiting their choices, reconnect with their own voice and desires, and choose one step toward work that reflects who they are now.

Attendees will leave with greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and permission to build a next chapter that is truly their own.

You Already Know - Interview format.
Lee Forrester Figuring out what's next

Most women in the room already know what they need to do. They've thought about it, talked about it, almost decided — and pulled back. This talk is about what happens in that gap.

Drawing on her own experience of staying too long in a career she had outgrown, navigating loss, and rebuilding her life more than once, Lee Forrester names the specific kind of stuck that doesn't look like a crisis — the kind where everything appears fine and something essential has gone quiet.

The audiences will move through four honest truths: the specific experience of knowing without moving, the negotiation that keeps capable women circling the same decision, the cost of staying that never makes it onto the list, and the permission problem at the heart of it all.

Women leave not just moved — but decided. With one clear next step they trust and act on immediately.

Ready or Not, Say Yes
Rohanne Persaud Brand & Marketing Strategist

What if the biggest opportunities in your career aren't the ones you're qualified for, but the ones you're willing to grow into?

My career wasn't built from a perfectly mapped-out plan. It was built by saying yes to opportunities that excited me, even when I wasn't sure I had all the answers. From tourism and hospitality to entertainment, corporate events, and personal branding, each new chapter started with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to figure it out along the way.

In this session, I'll share how embracing discomfort and refusing to limit myself opened doors I never imagined—and how saying "yes" can become the first step toward your own next chapter.

Your Expertise Was Never the Problem
Sreelatha Meleth Dr

You've spent decades building expertise. You've solved complex problems, led teams, navigated uncertainty, and delivered results. And yet, when someone asks what you do or what you're worth, something freezes.

That freeze isn't a confidence problem. It's not imposter syndrome. It's something deeper, a hidden block that lives in the body, not the mind, and it's been running the show longer than you realize.

In this session, Sreelatha Manne reveals the three hidden blocks that keep accomplished professionals stuck between knowing their worth and actually building a life around it.

You'll leave with:

  • A name for what's been stopping you
  • A body-based tool to interrupt the pattern in real time
  • A clear first step toward monetizing the expertise you already have

Your expertise was never the problem. Let's find out what it is.
