Grace Bardin, Ph.D. is an energy medicine practitioner, Classical Chinese Medicine educator, and creator of the Biohack Like a Baby™ immune-reset method — a physiology-based approach inspired by the natural maturation of the infant immune system.
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at 23, Dr. Bardin spent eleven years in conventional treatment, enduring nine injections weekly and four to five hospitalizations each year. Her health transformed only when pregnancy forced her off medication and a midwife encouraged her to “follow physiology, not pharmacology.” By applying Nature’s own developmental blueprint, she rebuilt her immune system naturally — and has now been relapse-free for more than twenty-two years.
