George Jinadu is an international Finance Leader, Keynote speaker and Mentor who works with individuals and organizations to reposition the finance function as an integral element for the maximization of business value. George is a finance and digital transformation professional with two decades of experience cutting across professional consulting practice, public entities, and private companies.

George started his finance career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked in the Assurance line of Service (Audit). He has risen through the finance ranks by working with very notable organizations including Etranzact International Plc, Jumia AG, Kuda Bank, Dealdey Limited, Slimtrader Limited, and Slot Systems Ltd, Mega Group, FrontierCFO, ChainSafe Systems Inc amongst others.

He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an MBA in Finance. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP©, PSM©, PSPO©) with a special interest in Agile methodology for project delivery and business transformation. George has been involved in many transformation projects, which have helped companies save millions of dollars.

Due to his love for the finance and accounting profession, he founded “The Finance Business Partners (FBP)”, a community dedicated to changing the narrative for young finance professionals by bridging the gap between academic education and real world job requirements through the concept of “Connected Learning”. As at today, FBP has over 20k members across multiple schools, social channels and different countries.

George spends most his time mentoring young professionals and learning about how artificial intelligence and automation can help disrupt how finance professionals will function in the future.
