Emin Muhammad, founder and owner of Colbyco LLC, is a business and technology graduate of Pace University of New York City, and is a computer scientist, and real estate professional. 

Since college and ensuring decades, he has developed full-lifecycle transactional software systems for States Government and a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox Corporation, BASF, UNISYS and Liberty Travel. 

Colbyco LLC, initially founded in 2000, turned into a full-time business in 2015. It is a real estate company that originally offered services geared toward traditional residential home sales and rentals but has since transitioned full-service management of vacation and short-term rental properties.  

Through a structured and simple systematic approach to detail is evident in every home managed.
