Karen Hoenig Rigamonti, MD, MPH, MBA, PCC is an executive, life, and organizational relationship systems coach. Thirty-six years ago, she experienced first-hand the devastating consequences of a medical error resulting in the birth of her son with permanent severe disabilities. Since then, she has worked with individuals and organizations to improve communication and organizational culture, striving to close the gap between care recipients and care providers.
She works to create a healthier workplace culture and stronger family bonds.
