Claire Afua Jørgensen is a Transformation Leader, Speaker, Mentor, and award-winning Coach who helps women turn their pain, their wiring, and their experience into authority, income, and impact.

By day, Claire serves as Transformation Director at a multi-million-dollar global company, leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple countries with teams of senior leaders. She brings the same precision, systems thinking, and executional depth into her work with women — combining executive-level leadership with neuroscience, behavioral psychology, Christian faith, and identity rewiring.

Her academic foundation includes a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick and graduate work in Neuroscience. She is a Master Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach and the founder of signature programs including Irresistible Woman Code™, Reconnect to Your Inner Worth™, Relationship Success Code™, and Infidelity Rescue Solutions™.

Claire's work crosses two worlds women rarely see held together: the deep healing of marriage, identity, and emotional wholeness — and the bold rebuilding of calling, authority, and wealth. Having walked the road of marriage, divorce, reconciliation, and remarriage to the same partner, she speaks from both lived experience and clinical expertise. She knows what it costs a woman to lose herself, and what it takes to come back stronger, freer, and fully aligned with who God created her to be.

Today she mentors women across the Globe with most of her clients located in Europe, the UK, the US, the Carribean, New Zealand, Australia and Africa — helping high-functioning but heart-weary women stop over-functioning and start leading their lives, marriages, and businesses from wholeness, not survival. She has spoken on global stages, led women's ministries, and hosts transformational retreats designed to take women from pain to purpose to paid impact.

Claire is Ghanaian, lives in Denmark with her husband and two children, and is passionate about raising a generation of women who refuse to play small with their stories, their callings, or their lives.
