After 30 years of seeing hundreds of talented, gifted people find change hard and fearful, Caz observed that this situation was paralysing the impact and results of the companies they work for, as well as eroding confidence in people management unnecessarily. 

As a result, she set out to deliver the coaching, tools, courses and resources they need to build their readiness, resilience and reputation at every level to reach a more satisfying outcome, with a coaching approach, keeping people at the heart of Change & Transformation.

With 30+ years in Senior HR roles and 17 years as an ICF qualified Coach, Caz now focuses on equipping others with valuable coaching skills, as well as maintaining her own Practice as an Executive, Leadership, Group & Team Coach. 

What organisations find, is that their Leaders become more confident and people-focused with their teams, recognising the massive value a coaching approach can bring during times of change - before, during & after, which in turn embeds a different way of ‘being’ in to the Culture of an organisation.
