Caroline is the President of Troy Valuations. Troy Valuations provides business valuation reports for divorce settlements, mergers & litigation and tax planning purposes.
During her career, Caroline has completed valuations, critiques and fairness opinions for public and private companies ranging in value from under $3.0 million to over $1.0 billion. She has provided corporate business advisory services to both public and private companies for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, expansion plans, financings and debt restructurings and re-organizations.
Caroline has prepared reports for litigation and has been qualified as an expert witness in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
Caroline has over 20 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets at well-known North American full-service and boutique investment dealers. She has substantial expertise in the valuation industry through her involvement in numerous mergers and acquisitions, valuation and fairness opinion assignments, and financings.
Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfried Laurier University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from University of Calgary. Caroline is a Chartered Business Valuator and member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. She learned her craft through her employment with well-known investment banks including Canaccord Capital, Raymond James, Sprott Securities, Wood Gundy, and Salman Partners.
