Dennis Isip is a cardiac survivor, real estate professional, and independent metabolic health researcher based in Spokane, Washington. Five years ago he survived a six-stent heart attack despite being normal weight, never smoking, and following every conventional health guideline. What followed was five years of obsessive self-tracking — CGM, biomarker panels, sleep architecture, HRV — that revealed what his cardiologists never explained.
