The Authenticity Wildfire Virtual Event is a live, 3-day online gathering produced and hosted by Sherrie Cameron-The Pathway to MORE and Norma Hollis-The Norma Hollis Group happening November 20–22, 2025, designed to ignite authentic voices, share inspired stories, and spark a collective movement of inspiration and transformation.

You were born with a voice, a fire, and a light that was meant to be lived, expressed, and shared.

Authenticity Wildfire is a powerful virtual summit where courageous voices come together to uplift, empower, and spark collective transformation.

We are seeking speakers who are ready to:

🔥 Support others in finding their authentic voice—offering tools, practices, or insights that help participants express themselves more fully.
🔥 Shine your light boldly—leaving attendees with both inspiration and tangible takeaways for real transformation.

SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS:

To participate in Authenticity Wildfire, each speaker is expected to:

• Speaker Investment Fee – pay the speaker investment fee of $127 ($100 refunded with 25 registrations)

• Provide Gifts/Lead Magnets – provide free lead magnet (for all registered guests & VIP gift for VIP guests

• Submit your talk information – provide your talk title, description, headshots, free lead magnet & VIP gift link by the specified deadline.

• Promote the event – share your unique affiliate link with your community at least 10 times (3 times via email list and 7 or more times to groups and/or social media platforms. 

• Secure 25 Registrations from your affiliate link

• Show up fully prepared and engaged – attend your session live, deliver your talk with aligned, authentic energy, and provide value and inspiration to attendees.

• Support the collective vision – contribute to reaching our goal of 1,500+ attendees worldwide by actively participating in co-creating the event experience.

*The speaker investment fee will be due upon acceptance to ensure this platform supports all presenters and creates maximum impact.

MARKETING STRATEGY:

As organizers, we are committed to working closely with our speakers to make The Authenticity Wildfire Virtual Event a powerful and impactful experience. Our promotional efforts will include our mailing lists, social media channels, non-speaker affiliates, and media partners.

Once you are confirmed as a speaker, you will receive your unique affiliate link along with 3–5 sample invitation emails and pre-written social media posts (swipe copy) that you can easily customize for your audience.

Together, we are holding the shared vision of welcoming 1,500+ attendees worldwide across the 3-day event. By joining forces, we can spark a wave of inspiration, authentic expression, and transformational change—igniting a wildfire of inspired energy that uplifts humanity.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

The event is FREE to register.  With FREE registration participants can enjoy all sessions live and will also have the opportunity to enjoy recorded session for up to 48hrs after the closing of the event. Participants will have the opportunity to upgrade to VIP for $47CAD prior, during and after the event.
