For many decades I have believed that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and that we are immeasurably powerful in creating our reality personally and collectively. Now, through Quantum Physics, going back to Einstein, Max Planck ,and others, science is proving that this is true. Hooray! 

We now know that everything is energy vibrating at a frequency that determines its density. This includes our thoughts, feelings ,and words ,which are the key components to manifesting reality. Everything begins with a thought.  Science also tells us that positive thoughts vibrate at a high frequency and negative thoughts vibrate at a low frequency. 

Even though most of us, who consider ourselves spiritually conscious ,believe this, we still struggle with negative thoughts and wonder why our lives are not working. Why is this ,and how can we change it? In my 26 years in practice as a spiritual counselor/mentor, I have discovered that we can believe something, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's true. 

However, when we know something, it is always true…like we know our name or our gender. Belief is the domain of our intellect, and knowing is the domain of our hearts and is felt in every cell of our bodies. 

My theory is that when we can move from believing to knowing we are divine, our perception changes ,and then our lives change accordingly. Eight years ago, an amazing body of work came into my life that has rocked my world, and my life has changed in wonder-full ways. 

The foundation of this work is a book entitled I Am the Word, a channeled text by Paul Selig and authored by a small group of Ascended Masters who are here now to help humanity navigate these difficult times. The book is about raising our frequencies. It is about ascending while in our bodies.  In my presentation, I will share about my experience with this book and body of work and how it has moved me from believing to knowing I am divine and… that we all are.
