The Seven Minute Summit is a pre-recorded summit where the content will be dripped to participants in easy to consume bites.

Each day of the event, participants will receive and email with a link to one speaker's seven minute talk. It's short enough to watch while eating lunch or during a short break in the day.

The target audience is busy entrepreneurs who are serious about growing an impactful business.

Content will cover a variety of topics of interest to this audience including: marketing, sales, lead generation, mindset, manifestation, networking, virtual events, content creation, organization, process, delegation, and much much more.

If your content is relevant to the audience of serious busy entrepreneurs, then it fits here.

As a speaker you record a seven minute video with one powerful nugget of knowledge, and you promote the summit. 
That's all you have to do.

Timing

Promotion should begin immediately.

First content will be sent out July 1st and will be delivered every business day for as many days as we have speakers.

Audience members will be entered into an autoresponder sequence, so even if they register after July 1st, they will start with the first speaker, so they won't miss any. Periodically the order for new audience members registering will be adjusted based on promotional results to be more fair to speakers.

Application Notes

Your talk description will be in the email sent to participants. The purpose of the description is to get people to click and watch. Please write it with that goal and audience in mind.

How to Participate as a Speaker

After filling out the application, record a video of no more than 7 minutes in which you teach on nugget of knowledge. Email michael@guywhoknowsaguy.com, and you will be sent the upload link to upload your video.

This video will be presented to the audience with a link to your gift or free offer.

Your video will be reviewed, and you will be notified either that it was accepted or how it should be altered to be accepted.

Your video must…

• be no longer than 7 minutes.
  • One second over and it will be rejected
• teach one actionable piece of information.
  • Viewers must be able to act solely from what is in the video
• not contain a pitch for a paid program.

Your content may be sent out multiple times during this summit or in a future event to give you greater exposure. Please be sure that your gifts remain valid for at least one year so you don't miss out on future opt-ins.

Promotion

You are expected to bring at least 10 registrations to the Seven Minute Summit.

If you bring 20, then your gift will be added to your video page rather than your gift just being on the main dashboard.

The order that content is shared with the audience is based on the order in which speakers achieve their first 10 registrations. Your content will not be shared until you have brought in at least 10 registrations.

Mass Opt-In

When attendees register, they will be given the opportunity to elect to receive all the gifts and opt-in with all speakers. This list will be shared with all speakers who achieve the promotional minimum. You are expected to share with them your free gift, and may then add them to your distribution lists as they will be given permission by opting-in.

By applying this this event, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Speaker hereby grants to Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these Recordings and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them. Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

2. Speaker hereby grants Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the Recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the Recordings without compensation to Speaker, Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC may edit the Recordings at her discretion. Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Speaker’s Recording. However, the Speaker shall also retain the right to use his or her own Recording for any purpose.

3. Speaker, upon written request to Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC, shall be provided with a copy of his or her Recording in electronic format.

4. Speaker agrees to promote the event to their audience by email, social media, or any other method to generate a minimum of 10 opt-ins with bonuses for higher performance as defined above.

5. Speaker is permitted to make a FREE offer during his or her talk.

6. Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and to perform all of the provisions thereof. Speaker acknowledges that in the event of a breach or alleged breach with respect to the terms and provisions hereof, that Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC shall not take any legal action, but will be very disappointed and will record such breach in the official records.

7. Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Speaker expressly releases Michael Whitehouse and Concardia, LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.

8. This release shall be governed in accordance with the State of Connecticut law, constitute the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing.
