Description

Audacious leaders are daring and bold. They have the humility to know that life-long learning is the path to success and the fortitude to know that the more they know, the more they don't know.

Welcome to the Audacious Leader's Summit. Like any summit, it takes work to climb to where leaders want to be.

The theme for this summit is DARE: Decide, Act, Rethink Everything. Business and the principles of leadership are in a constant state of never-ending change. We want to equip business owners and leaders with tools to face the future.

In the spirit of abundance, this summit is designed to help people move the needle on their personal development giving them the tools, tips and techniques to make them better leaders, and better business operators. We pride ourselves on providing high-value content that attendees can apply immediately to their business.

The theme of the summit is Professional / Professional Development and Business and Operations Development, solving some very real problems. Time management, labour relations, HR best practices, business building, etc. The summit features panel discussions, interviews and concurrent sessions for the attendees to choose from.

A successful presentation helps move leaders from, "I didn't know I didn't know this." to... "Now I know I don't know this... and now I know where to find a resource (you, the presenter). Our non-sales sessions focus on not only providing the high-value learning, but to spotlight the presenter as the expert. As much as we encourage our presenters to mention what they do within their stories, and send attendees to their lead magnets, self-promotion and program promotions will not be allowed.

Session worksheets containing no more ⅓ self-promotion will be required for the attendees' summit handbook.

Speakers
Coming into Your Leader Identity
Angelie Kapoor Owner, Business Growth & Leadership Strategist

This presentation explores coming into your leader identity. It explores and defines what leader identity is, which is simply how you show up at work and in the world and is your personal brand. It explores how you are essentially a role model, an example for your staff and others to follow. How your leader identity reflects your values, your mindset, what you do and how you act as well as how you respond.

This presentation will provoke deep thoughtfulness with questions such as:

  • How do you show up as a leader?
  • Do you look like a leader (dress, hair, posture)?
  • Do you act and behave as a leader?
  • Do you think and respond as a leader?

The goal of this presentation is to bring awareness to how leaders may be currently perceived to the world versus how they actually want to show up.

Will provide a free gift to attendees in the form of an ebook or training video series.

Engage-Alytics: Uncovering the Mysteries of your Customers Experience Journey
Marc Haine Service Expert and Master of Experiences (Experience Designer)

We've all heard the statistic. It costs us 10 times more to attract a new customer than it does to keep the ones we have. But did you know that companies that increase customer engagement can increase cross-selling opportunities by 22 percent, upsell revenues by 38 percent and order size up to a magnitude of 85 percent? If you're like most companies, you have a few super-engaged customers that love and adore you ––but most, sadly are sitting on the sidelines, barely engaging with you.

What we, as business owners fail to consider, is that each customer is on a journey with us. To be successful, we need to know where each employee is on their journey, and have systems and programs to support their evolution.

In this engaging, fun and interactive* session, Speaker, Author and Master of Experiences, Marc Haine will break down the Customer Experience Journey, uncovering the root causes and drivers to the various levels of engagement, defining relative needs at each level… moving customers towards becoming your Brand Ambassadors and keeping them out of the dreaded Pool of the Tainted. Once armed with this valuable insight, we will then know how to be of service to your all your stakeholders. You’ll be well on your way to tipping the level of engagement in your favour, and to the benefit of your customer, your employees and your bottom line.

At the completion of this session, participants will be able:

- Identify the various levels of customer engagement.

- Come away armed with a definition of needs and questions that each employee has that need to be addressed.

- Uncover the dynamics required to fulfil Experience Expectations each and every time.

Climbing the Right Mountain
Tony Martignetti Chief Inspiration Officer

Are you driven? Do you focus on a goal and give it all you have?

How we navigate our careers and lives is like climbing a mountain with many challenges and stops along the way. The climb is full of many decision points, and often we question if we are making the right choices.

But what if the mountain you are climbing is not what you expected?

We rarely speak about the enormous population of people who get to the top of the mountain only to realize they gave everything they had only to summit the wrong peak.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is living in a state of constant doing. If you are constantly doing, then your focus is all about climbing, making good time, getting to the next plateau, and, above all else, planting your flag before someone else does. And yet, many people have taken this path only to look around and realize their flag was meant for
a completely different peak.

In this interactive session Tony Martignetti, the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of Inspired Purpose Coaching, will discuss how you can shift your perspective and set a course that will fulfill you personally and professionally.
