I am a former High School English, Public Speaking, and American Government teacher. In the past two years, I have completed extensive research on Mind-Body Science and the Science of Natural Healing. I have been active in Toastmasters. I have recently  started speaking to small groups on achieving healthy, enjoyable living using the new, exciting findings in these sciences!
