Will is a change agent, diversity champion, Executive Coach, Life Coach, and Agile Coach leveraging his deep IT industry experience to optimize efficiency, improvements, and productivity while developing people and processes to improve organizational performance. 

Will has over 33 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.  He has been teaching leadership for over 13 years. Developing people is his number one focus and priority because he believes the true measure of leadership is serving others. Leading by example is the cornerstone of my servant leadership practice instilled by my father. Setting the right example to guide others through my behavior instead of words is what I consider a trait of a true leader. We can make a greater impact than alone because people can achieve incredible things together with the right support, motivation, and mission. Regardless of position, title, or degree you hold, seeking to find and bring out the best in others helps to bring out the best in ourselves.

Will have co-authored a book titled “The Character-Based Leader” where I leveraged my leadership experience and advanced education in leadership coaching. I frequently design and deliver effective training and powerful presentations for corporations and teams of all sizes focused on organizational development and talent management.

In addition to his hands-on work, he earned my MBA from Iona College, a master's degree from Seton Hall University, a Master's Certificate from George Washington University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
