Victoria Bennett is a strategic marketer, women’s health advocate and co-founder of Free Women, an initiative focused on changing the narrative around menopause through greater understanding, better communication and informed choice.
With more than 30 years of experience in strategy, marketing and entrepreneurship, Victoria brings a consumer and communications perspective to one of the most important, and often poorly understood, transitions in women’s lives. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Women’s Health and Wellness.
Victoria is interested in speaking about menopause and midlife, why so many women say they are “not feeling like myself”, how evidence-based lifestyle choices can support women through midlife and how greater understanding and better language can help women make informed choices and have more productive conversations with healthcare professionals.
