2022 Bio card for Victor Muzquiz

It is my pleasure to introduce our Executive Director for BNI Mid America, Mr. Victor Muzquiz (pronounced “moose-keys”). Victor has been a member of BNI for over 18 years, 6 of which he was a chapter member. Victor started his role as an Area Director in 2010 managing 24 chapters in both St. Louis and the Metro East areas.

In 2012, he was named Executive Director for St. Louis, St. Charles and Southern Illinois and shortly after that he and his wife Virginia were offered the opportunity to buy the BNI Mid America franchise. Victor and Virginia have been our executive directors since that time, with currently 58 chapters with over 900 members, which is considered a large franchise in BNI terms.

As a former educator, Victor is passionate about teaching and learning, which makes one of BNI’s core values (life-long learning) one of his favorites. He often quotes Jim Rohn’s famous phrase: “formal education will make you a living, self- education will make you a fortune!” 

Victor and Virginia live in their “mini farm” like they call it, in O’Fallon Illinois, along with their horses, their dog Maximus, two cats and an undetermined number of mice! They have two daughters who live nearby.
