Victor has 35 years’ experience in the Coaching, Human Resources, and Leadership Development fields. Vic’s experience includes 19 years as an HR practice leader for Ernst & Young, Korn Ferry and Development Dimensions International. He has implemented HR “best practices” and designed/delivered leadership development programs at 21 Fortune 500 companies. He has coached, developed and mentored more than 450 leaders at the director level and above including 28 VP’s and six SVP’s of a $35 billion company and eight CEO’s of a variety of companies (see below for details). In the 14 years prior to starting his own executive coaching, and leadership assessment/development firm, Vic‘s direct corporate experience included HNTB Inc., a $1 Billion engineering services firm (Western Division Director of Human Resources) and Wipro, a $4 billion IT services firms (VP HR), and ZLand.com (Chief Human Resources Officer). He is a certified master coach who has worked with more than 200 senior leaders (CXO, VP's and Directors).
