Victor has 35 years’ experience in the Coaching, Human Resources, and Leadership Development fields. Vic’s experience includes 19 years as an HR practice leader for Ernst & Young, Korn Ferry and DDI. He has implemented HR “best practices” and at 21 Fortune 500 companies. He has coached, developed and mentored 450 leaders at the director level and above including 28 VP’s and six SVP’s of a $35 billion company. He has worked with 7 start-ups and frequently coaches founders and start-up CEOs.

Vic‘s prior, direct corporate experience included Director of Human Resources roles for HNTB, a $1 Billion engineering services firm and Wipro, a $4 billion IT services firms and Chief Human Resources Officer role at ZLand.com where the company grew from 7 employees to 400). He is a certified master coach who has worked with more than 200 senior leaders (CXO, VP's and Directors).
