Years ago Todd found his true inspiration by taking a hard look in the mirror and not liking the reflection.  He decided to look hard at his past, present and future and change for the better.  He started with his mindset and learning from the mistakes he had made.  He also realized that the aspirations and goals he wanted for his life could not come to fruition through multiple steps and complexity but rather the opposite.  He focused on gaining the clarity he needed through simplicity and significantly improved his life.  That mindset and focus on simplicity have become the core of his speaking and coaching
