Teresa Dietrich is a California real estate broker, author, community leader, and lifelong believer in the power of resilience, service, and finding your own path forward. Raised on a flower farm and ranch in the foothills above Watsonville, Teresa learned early that life rarely follows a perfectly planned course—and that sometimes the unexpected chapters become the most meaningful.
With nearly three decades in real estate, Teresa has built a career advocating for homeownership, rural communities, and private property rights while serving in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. She currently chairs the California Association of REALTORS® Housing Affordability Fund and serves as a National Association of REALTORS® Director and President of the Penn Valley Community Foundation.
Teresa is a contributing author to The Cinderella Monologues and believes every woman has a story worth telling.

This is an example talk for Teresa Dietrich
Life rarely follows the plan we carefully create. Sometimes the detours, disappointments, and unexpected turns become the very experiences that shape who we are.
In Pink Rubber Boots, Teresa Dietrich shares a deeply personal story of resilience, reinvention, and learning to move forward when life looks nothing like you expected.
Drawing from her contribution to The Cinderella Monologues, Teresa combines humor, honesty, and hard-earned perspective to explore what happens when the fairy-tale version of life collides with reality—and why our most difficult chapters don't have to be the end of the story.
This engaging and relatable presentation encourages audiences to embrace change, recognize their own resilience, and discover the courage to write their next chapter on their own terms.
