Syed Sha AbulHassan Quadri is a professional calligrapher and lifelong student of penmanship based in Hyderabad. Known for introducing structured Copperplate calligraphy workshops in India, he has conducted workshops across multiple cities and taught over 1,200 students worldwide through both in-person and online sessions.

Mostly self-taught, Syed refined his understanding of pointed pen scripts under Master Penman Michael R. Sull and continues to draw inspiration from the Golden Age of Penmanship. His teaching focuses on traditional methods, emphasizing discipline, movement, and muscle memory in script mastery.

He is also the founder of Syed’s Pen Co., and India’s first premium oblique holder maker, crafting custom tools for calligraphers since 2013.
