Sue divorced at 50. She understands first hand how the stress of divorce and separation affects the ability to work productively. Divorce costs companies more than $50bn every year. Even a small company of 15 employees earning an average of $25000 will potentially lose $30k each year. Sue works with employers to raise awareness and educate them about the effects of divorce on their employees and on the bottom line of the company.  She trains workplace family transition champions to support and guide employees going through divorce. Every company, no matter what their size, needs to understand that divorce and separation is a life event in exactly the same way as births, deaths and marriages and can have a negative impact on their business.
