You win business if you have the best story. You retain and grow customers if you have the highest levels of trust. I coach, train and give keynotes in these two areas.

Storytelling: I started out as a TV and radio reporter for the BBC and Sky News. The tools of journalism provide the basis for my work with businesses who need to get sharper, higher impact stories that hit home quicker. My keynote in this area is ‘How to sharpen your sales story to win and grow your very best customers'

Trust: with a colleague I have developed a unique Trust Model that provides the foundation for higher value relationships with clients, colleagues and partners. This is the basis for my keynote: ‘The formula for building high levels of trust with your best customers’ 

Stuart works as a consultant, trainer and coach to leaders globally. He and his colleague are writing the definitive book on Trust as the competitive edge in business.
