
Bridget is the founder of Better Bedtime Sleep Consulting and the Canadian Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.
She hosts engaging, evidence-informed sleep sessions designed to promote healthy sleep practices within organizations, schools, and workplaces across North America. Often referred to as “The Sleep Whisperer,” Bridget helps people overcome sleep challenges with practical tools and expert guidance.
To kick off the session, participants will discover their unique sleep type. Bridget then guides attendees in identifying the specific factors that are limiting their sleep. She reviews which foods, drinks, and daily activities can help—or hinder—restful sleep. The next few nights are coming anyway—why not help your team sleep better, starting now?
