Shelly Criswell started her online career in 2018, growing her VA side-hustle business at night and on the weekends while working as a Med Tech in a toxicology lab during the day. She knew she was missing out on her daughters’ lives and had to make a change. In less than a year she was able to quit her 9 to 5 and work as a VA full-time. This is when she discovered she was really good at systems, processes, tech, and operations. Making project plans, helping with launches, and the backend operations was where she thrived. She recently became a Certified Director of Operations and loves helping other business owners with their business operations.
