Shawn spent over two decades in technology leadership roles at EMI, UMG, Spotify and Etsy on a journey that was both rewarding and challenging. Shawn's passion has always been about empowering others—whether it’s building strong teams, leading with empathy, or creating inclusive environments. Over time, Shawn realized that while technology was a passion, there was a pull to explore something deeper: helping people navigate the messy, often overwhelming transitions that life throws at us.

Shawn lost a beloved grandmother, brother, and estranged father and those losses, compounded by an unexpected layoff just before the holidays, brought things into sharp focus. While searching for personal meaning, Shawn found coaching and a way to help others navigate through similar transitions. Shawn's always lead from the heart, and as a trained Co-Active coach, Shawn guides clients through the complexities of life using a powerful framework that encourages growth, self-discovery, and purpose.
