Sharlene is a Relationship & Intimacy Coach who believes that the world thrives when intimate relationships are safe, loving, and intimate. She challenges myths about relationships: that they should happen effortlessly, that we inherently know how to have a good one, and that seeking help is shameful. Sharlene emphasises that intimate relationships are integral to our overall lives and need proactive care. Unlike the abundance of advice on finding relationships, there is little on maintaining healthy ones. Sharlene seeks opportunities to speak on virtual/live stages and podcasts to shift the narrative about what it takes to nurture a healthy, intimate relationship. She advocates for prevention, playfulness, compassion, respect, and kindness as key to fostering loving, long-lasting connections. Her mission is to change the belief that relationships are inherently hard and promote practices that support couples in creating a joyful, long-lasting future together.
