Sarah Thorman is the founder of Mindful Creatrix and works as a Mental Wellness and Efficiency Consultant in the entertainment industry. She works with women leaders to enhance their productivity, efficiency, creativity, and communication both for themselves as individuals, and for their teams both on and off set. By using her skills, cultivated over almost two decades as a stage manager and energy healer, she supports these creative leaders and their teams in creating high quality content that deeply engages and impacts audiences.
